About UKEN MALL
UKEN MALL is building a commerce platform around collaboration between Buyer Agents and Seller Agents. Our product already supports A2A and MCP, providing a foundation for communication between agents and access to tools and data.
Through UKEN MALL, we are working towards a connected experience: merchants start entering a product with a sentence, users receive support from a Buyer Agent throughout shopping and order management, and Seller Agents identify relevant demand and recommend products.
Our goal is to connect product information, purchasing needs and order-related tasks in a continuous workflow, with clear roles for users, merchants and their agents.
For merchants: start a product listing with a sentence
Our target merchant experience begins with a simple description, such as: “A black insulated jacket for everyday winter commuting.”
AI would help organise the supplied information into a structured product draft, including relevant categories, attributes and selling points. Where necessary details are missing, the workflow would ask the merchant to complete them. Product facts and selling terms would be reviewed by the merchant before publication under the applicable platform rules.
The aim is to reduce repetitive data entry and make product information easier for both people and agents to understand. A sentence starts the process; complete, accurate information supports the listing.
Buyer Agent: support throughout shopping and order management
The Buyer Agent is the user’s shopping and order assistant. Our goal is to extend that support across the full journey:
The intended experience keeps purchasing requirements and order progress connected, helping users continue a task without repeatedly explaining its background.
Support for orders placed with external providers depends on the relevant integrations and those providers’ processes. Payment requires the appropriate authorisation, and returns and refunds remain subject to the applicable terms and consumer rights.
- Before purchase: clarify needs, budget and preferences; explore products; compare relevant specifications, offers and purchase conditions.
- When ordering: organise the selected product, delivery details and charges, and assist with order submission and available payment steps, subject to user authorisation and required confirmations.
- After purchase: follow order and delivery updates, help submit cancellation, return or refund requests where applicable, and track the progress of those requests.
Seller Agent: discover relevant demand and recommend products
The Seller Agent is designed to help merchants connect their products with relevant purchasing needs.
In our target model, it would identify demand from requirements users choose to share for product matching, then recommend relevant merchant offers to the corresponding Buyer Agent. Matching would take account of available information such as intended use, budget, product attributes and supply conditions.
The Seller Agent would also help respond to product questions and provide relevant details about specifications, availability and fulfilment conditions. Recommendations would reflect the merchant’s products and services; the Buyer Agent would help the user assess them against their own requirements.
We aim to make this matching proactive while respecting the user’s sharing permissions and recommendation preferences. The objective is to bring relevant offers to an expressed need and reduce repeated communication between buyers and merchants.
A2A and MCP: connecting collaboration with tools and data
UKEN MALL’s A2A and MCP capabilities play complementary roles in this product direction.
A2A connects agents with other agents. In the target workflow, Buyer Agents and Seller Agents would exchange requirements, product proposals, follow-up questions and task updates. This creates a way for the two sides to coordinate around a shared commercial task.
MCP connects agents with tools and data. It provides a way to access authorised resources, such as product information, inventory records, order systems and logistics tools, where those connections are available.
Together, these capabilities form the technical foundation for linking a conversation to product matching and order-related work. Each action remains dependent on the connected service, the permissions granted and the relevant business rules.

Building on this Buyer Agent and Seller Agent model, our longer-term direction includes product knowledge graphs and industry-specific AI models. These are intended to deepen understanding of product attributes, purchasing scenarios and commercial requirements, beginning with areas such as apparel and related supply chains.
We also aim to extend connections to additional merchants and business services as technical readiness, data rights and operating requirements allow.
Our vision is commerce in which products are easier to understand, relevant needs are easier to match, and buyers and sellers can coordinate each stage through their agents.
