Intellectual Property Policy

Merchants, creators and other contributors must have the rights or permissions required for the material they submit to UKEN MALL. This includes product images, descriptions, trademarks, videos, software and other protected material. Using AI to generate or edit content does not automatically provide those rights or establish that a product is genuine.

For merchant product drafts, review names, images and claims before publication. Do not present an unauthorised relationship with a brand or use a Seller Agent to circulate infringing material.

Report a concern
